In 1953-54, when I was 6 and 7 years old, my dad was a Knolle milkman. He drove a milk delivery truck and delivered milk to homes, businesses and schools. That's when we discovered the Knolle Farm, and for years, family outings included trips to Knolle Farm for picnics and romping. Here's a photo of me and my brothers at the Farm in 1961. Charlene took us for a wildflower ride around Sandia and the Farms. At one time, Knolle Farm had the world's largest Jersey herd, but not any more.
